Eligibility for Returns/Refunds

Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Perishable goods (like dry fruits, food items) cannot be returned once the seal is broken, unless the product is damaged or defective.

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs.

We will provide a replacement or full refund after verification.

Refund Process

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be issued through bank transfer/UPI.
